Job Description
Job Purpose:
As Sr. Production Engineer act as Subsurface focal point for production engineering programs and activities to field operations and responsible for well surveillance and optimization thru well work works activities, facility modification and other production enhancement techniques, and completion design in order to ensure that company’ assets’ production rates are increased and optimized in a safe and profitable manner.
Main Responsibility:
- Review well test and operating data in order to improve efficiency, raise production and reduce operating costs. Develop and improve techniques to monitor and optimize; gas, oil and condensate production
- Planning for acquiring and evaluating well and reservoir surveillance data to identify, mature and implement optimization opportunities to enhance field production thru well intervention, acid stimulation, workover, gas lift optimization, surface facility modification and de-bottlenecking projects.
- Analyze individual gas lift performances, diagnostic and troubleshooting and ensure optimum production from gas lifted wells.
- Perform Nodal analysis and network modeling to optimize wells production and facility.
- Responsible for well intervention scopes, requirements and well services pack. Follow up with well services engineer counterpart to ensure efficient implementation.
- Improve existing techniques for reporting production efficiency. Provide feedback on asset performance to senior management, business partners and government.
- Influence drilling and completion design for future wells to provide optimized production and improve operability of future well stock.
- Create profiles to confirm future facility capacity requirements to support future field development and facility modification.
- Lead and responsible for delivery of subsurface project or study
- Conducts petroleum engineering studies and establishes program standards for data collection and interpretation
- Monitors execution of WP&B and/or POD and revises as necessary to optimize the value of the field.
- Coaching less experiences subsurface professional

Field Technical Geotechnical Roles
Position Requirement
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering related field
- Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Geotechnlcal Engineer. This will include experience onshore geotechnical field campaigns, specifying and managing field investigations on major infrastructure projects preferably In the oiland gas industry.
Job Description
- Act as COMPANY field representative onsite during the field survey bringing impactful and visible HSSE leadership throughout the duration of the campaign with overall campaign responsibility
- Liaise and work with the Geotechnical CONTRACTOR to ensure quality and consistency of data from field and laboratory acquisition
- Steer and direct CONTRACTOR in day to day working
- Act as COMPANY representative in day-to-day matters
- Serve as the focal point for COMPANY on Geotechnical matters during the campaign
- Advise PIC with respect to day-to-day issues, carry out look ahead and de-risk/mitigate potential issues ahead of time
- Manage field team, update field reports and co-ordinate with head office
- The position specifically provides technical expertise in the areas on Onshore and nearshore geotechnics
Field HSSE
Position Requirement
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering related fiel.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience as a HSSE supervisor/advisor. This willinclude
experience in construction environments and preferably experience in petrochemical and oil and gas sectors.

- Liaise and work with the CONTRACTORS HSSE FocalPoint to bring about Goal Zero delivery

- Review JSA’s and risk assessments, advise CONTRACTOR on improvements processes
