PT Gearindo Prakarsa Celebrates 32nd Anniversary: "From Milestones to Momentum"

PT Gearindo Prakarsa celebrated its 32nd Anniversary with energy, warmth, and commitment at the Head Office located in Jl. Radin Inten II No. 46 Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The celebration, held under the inspiring theme “From Milestones to Momentum,” marks a powerful transition from past achievements to future accelerated growth.
Fostering Collaboration Through Outdoor Activities
The anniversary event began in the morning with engaging physical activities conducted in the back yard office parking area. All employees participated in a vigorous Joint Exercise for approximately 30 minutes, setting a positive and energetic tone for the day.
This was immediately followed by various team-building games, including Volleyball, Badminton, Ping-Pong, and the highly competitive Tug-of-War. These activities successfully underscored the company’s core value of “Great Teamwork and Collaboration” while strengthening camaraderie among the team.
Reflecting on the Journey: Leadership Insights
Following the sporting events, the program moved to the meeting room for the formal ceremony and leadership addresses, offering a valuable moment for reflection and forward planning.
