PT Gearindo Prakarsa Celebrates 2025 Success at Year-End Gathering

On the morning of December 23, 2025, PT Gearindo Prakarsa held its “Year-End Gathering” across two locations. In Jakarta, the Management Team and 52 employees from the Head Office and Workshop Setu gathered at JX Hometown, Kota Bintang. Simultaneously, the team at Workshop Surabaya held their own celebration at “Kampung Kecil” Surabaya, attended by 7 employees including Workshop Leader Muhammad Rosyidul ‘Aththar.

Reflecting on a Successful 2025

The gathering opened with an inspiring address from Ibu Tutut Juwanita, Sr. Manager of HR & GA, who celebrated the company’s strong performance in 2025. Looking toward the future, she challenged every team member to strive for even greater achievements in 2026.

Ibu Dian Hesti, President Director, expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the entire staff for their dedication. She emphasized that while 2025 was a year of great work, a robust pipeline of new projects awaits completion with the same high standards of excellence.

Safety First: Recognizing Our SWA Heroes

A significant highlight of the event was the recognition of the Best Observation & SWA (Stop Work Authority) Card winners for the May–November 2025 period. These awards honor employees who actively identify and mitigate workplace risks.

The winners recognized for their vigilance include:

  • Surya Satria Budi (Workshop Setu)
  • Muhammad Rosyidul ‘Aththar (Workshop Surabaya)
  • Abdullah Fahris Faizin (Head Office)
  • Febitri Aryan Kumala (Head Office)
  • Oco Heriyanto (Workshop Setu)

A Message from the President Director: The Importance of SWA

In her speech, Ibu Dian Hesti emphasized that the Observation & SWA Card is a vital tool for preventing accidents by identifying unsafe acts and conditions. She clarified that the program’s primary goal is prevention, it is not a way to find fault or blame individuals.

Key takeaways from the safety address:

  • Active Participation: Every employee has a direct role in improving workplace safety.
  • Risk Identification: Reporting near-misses and unsafe conditions helps catch hazards before they become incidents.
  • Communication & Improvement: The Observation and SWA cards serve as a bridge between employees and management to refine safety procedures.
  • Safety Culture: Safety should be a positive habit and a reflection of care for one’s colleagues, not just a duty.

“Safety is our shared responsibility,” Ibu Hesti concluded. “By staying consistent with our SWA practices, we ensure a productive, healthy, and accident-free workplace for everyone”.
