On Thursday, September 11, 2025, PT Gearindo Prakarsa held a dynamic and insightful briefing on corporate integrity and the strategic path forward, held in our Head Office, in Jl. Radin Inten II No. 46 Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur for all employees in the head office. The session, a testament to our commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards, focused on the recently adopted Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP – Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan) based on ISO 37001:2016.
Our Senior HR & GA Manager, Ibu Tutut Juwanita, who is also the Chief of SMAP, opened the session by outlining the core principles of the company’s Code of Ethics and explained the newly implemented SMAP. Her briefing served as a crucial reminder of our collective responsibility to conduct all business with the utmost honesty, transparency, and accountability.
Following this, Bapak Bambang Mudjiono delivered a compelling presentation on the company’s vision, mission, and core values, embodied in the acronym “G E A R S.” He elaborated on the critical role of leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in not only achieving our business objectives but also in solidifying our position as a trusted and reliable company as the business partner in the industry.
Further reinforcing the company’s dedication to these principles, the session was attended by our President and Managing Director, Ibu Dian Hesti Setiawati. In her address, Ibu Dian emphasized the paramount importance of SMAP compliance as a non-negotiable foundation for all our operations. She also underscored the need for every employee to truly internalize our vision, mission, and values, translating them from mere statements into tangible actions in our daily work. The event marked a significant milestone, strengthening our company’s commitment to a culture of integrity and collaborative excellence.
