On 05 November 2024, PT. Gearindo Prakarsa held a kick-off meeting for the new contract No. 24130075 – OB, titled “Blanket of Construction Services for Facility Maintenance and Modification at Gajah Baru Field”. This meeting marked the commencement of the project aimed at maintaining and upgrading facilities at Gajah Baru Field to ensure operational efficiency.
The agenda began with a technical presentation covering the project’s Scope of Work. It detailed the tasks involved in the maintenance and modification of various facilities at the field, including inspections, repairs, and structural adjustments. The goal is to enhance the reliability and performance of the existing infrastructure.
The discussion also included a review of the facilities targeted for the project, specifying the critical areas and equipment that will undergo maintenance. The team elaborated on the POB (Personnel On Board) requirements, ensuring adequate staffing levels and a comprehensive rotation plan to maintain safe and efficient operations throughout the project duration.
A crucial part of the meeting was dedicated to reporting procedures. The team outlined the frequency and format of progress reports, which will include weekly and monthly updates on project developments, resource utilization, and inspection outcomes.
