Our Work Process
This work order, dated April 2025, covers the “Provision of Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (PCC) for Bukit Tua Oil/Gas Redev Phase 4 Project”. Our scope of work includes:
Minor Engineering:
We are providing minor engineering services based on the detailed design documents and drawings of the flowline system.
Procurement:
We are procuring all necessary materials, including piping, electrical, and instrumentation components, as well as providing vendor assistance for company-supplied items.
Pre-fabrication:
We are handling pre-fabrication for piping flowlines and gas lift lines, which includes non-destructive examination (NDE), hydrotesting, heat treatment (PWHT), and painting.
Offshore Activities:
Our team is conducting a variety of offshore tasks, such as site verification, installation of a Wellhead Control Module (WHCP), modification of Chemical Injection (CI) systems, and installation of heat tracing. We are also performing piping tie-ins, installing field instrumentation, and managing electrical and instrument cabling.
Commissioning and Logistics:
We will be responsible for offshore hook-up, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of all systems. Additionally, we are providing logistics for offshore materials, including certified containers for tools and equipment.
