Our approach to this project focuses on durability and strict adherence to international industrial standards. The work scope involves a meticulous three-stage coating application designed to withstand demanding onshore conditions:
- Surface Preparation: We utilize high-performance pneumatic power tools to achieve an ISO 8501 St 3 cleanliness standard, ensuring an optimal profile for coating adhesion.
- Primer Coat (75 Microns): The foundational layer provides essential corrosion inhibition and bonding.
- Second Coat (250 Microns): A high-build intermediate layer that serves as the primary barrier against environmental elements.
- Top Coat (50 Microns): The final layer provides UV resistance and aesthetic finishing to the pressure system.
