Main Responsibility:

Position Requirement
  1. Diploma III (D3) or bachelor degree in Electrical engineering.
  2. Previous 3-6 years working experience in the electrical field in the oil and gas industry.

Role:         

Work under third party contractor, this position is responsible to perform safe, compliant, quality and effective daily inspection, preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance, and unplanned maintenance or troubleshooting for electrical equipment so that operating within design limits at Plant Facilities adhering to Company’s HSE Standard & Policy and SOPs

Main Responsibility:

  1. Conduct and execute the planned maintenance routines and regular performance test of electrical equipment in Processing Facilities as scheduled in the CMMS module.
  2. Conduct daily inspection of electrical equipment in Processing Facilities, report any anomaly identified during the inspection to Related Parties.
  3. Examine faulty electrical equipment in Processing Facilities, diagnose the fault to determine the corrective actions, prepare the required tools and material to perform the corrective action.
  4. Maintain the required minimum stock of the electrical materials/spare parts in Processing Facilities.
  5. Execute installation and conduct acceptance test of new or modified electrical equipment before hand them over to the Operations Team.
  6. Participate in major overhauls of electrical and instrument equipment in Processing Facilities.
  7. Act as Job Leader in accordance to PTW procedure for an individual PTW for a particular maintenance activity

Job Purpose:          

Perform detailed well intervention and integrity design, planning and programming activities and ensure that safety and reliability are absolute priorities and adhering to HSE standard & policy, quality requirements, industry practices and Government regulations

Main Responsibility:

  1. Provide well intervention program. Ensure the program capture past lesson learnt for improvement on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
  2. Deliver well intervention & integrity operations safely and as per planned. Ensure reliable tools are utilized for the operation thru coordination with QA/QC team.
  3. Coordinate with field operation and office engineering team to ensure the approved program is executed, and any deviation or changed to the original plan is reviewed and agreed.
  4. Engage with Subsurface team to identify well candidates and develop suitable well intervention and integrity scope of works and technology. Liase with SKKMIGAS for progress update and coordination.
  5. Review well intervention& integrity reports and well history, ensuring it is detailed and accurate.
  6. Monitor and review well intervention performance and issue technical reports accordingly. 
  7. Provide risk assessment of well intervention program. Develop mitigation, contingency, and optimization plan.
  8. Evaluate and recommend modifications of operational procedures for continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.
  9. Provide the “Well Integrity Management System” during the lifecycle of the wells with assistance from Well Intervention Team Lead
  10. Develop monitoring and testing plans related to all wells and ensure relevant and quality up to date data are gathered.
  11. Define the integrity status for all wells during operational phase and develop prioritized remedial plans.
  12. Develop technical support to the sites regarding well integrity issues.

Job Purpose:

Main Responsibility:

  1. Perform accurate budget vs. actual and forecast for Subsurface’s activities and projects including charges & cost allocations, AFE, invoice coding down to first spend cost center level
  2. Monitor and report the budget realization & performance for the implementation of Subsurface programs/activities
  3. Coordinate with Well intervention Engineer to provide cost estimation for WI activities to support Well Service Pack (WSP) for Subsurface Team.
  4. Monitor and inform internal WI team for operational daily spending cost.
  5. Make a prognostic calculation of Subsurface budget and prepare a periodic report (weekly, monthly, annually) for decision making support and to ensure the realization will be as planned
  6. Support the development and approval for Subsurface’s annual budget and forecasting in order to support the implementation of Department strategies and plan
  7. Analyze and prepare a report of realization transaction of budget spending on a regular basis to support administrative tasks (including for AFE preparation) in accordance with the company’s standard and applicable regulations.

Main responsibilities:

Job Purpose:           

As Sr. Production Engineer act as Subsurface focal point for production engineering programs and activities to field operations and responsible for well surveillance and optimization thru well work works activities, facility modification and other production enhancement techniques, and completion design  in order to ensure that company’ assets’ production rates are increased and optimized in a safe and profitable manner. 

Main Responsibility:

  1. Review well test and operating data in order to improve efficiency, raise production and reduce operating costs. Develop and improve techniques to monitor and optimize; gas, oil and condensate production
  2. Planning for acquiring and evaluating well and reservoir surveillance data to identify, mature and implement optimization opportunities to enhance field production thru well intervention, acid stimulation, workover, gas lift optimization, surface facility modification and de-bottlenecking projects.
  3. Analyze individual gas lift performances, diagnostic and troubleshooting and ensure optimum production from gas lifted wells.
  4. Perform Nodal analysis and network modeling to optimize wells production and facility.
  5. Responsible for well intervention scopes, requirements and well services pack. Follow up with well services engineer counterpart to ensure efficient implementation.
  6. Improve existing techniques for reporting production efficiency. Provide feedback on asset performance to senior management, business partners and government.
  7. Influence drilling and completion design for future wells to provide optimized production and improve operability of future well stock.
  8. Create profiles to confirm future facility capacity requirements to support future field development and facility modification.
  9. Lead and responsible for delivery of subsurface project or study
  10. Conducts petroleum engineering studies and establishes program standards for data collection and interpretation
  11. Monitors execution of WP&B and/or POD and revises as necessary to optimize the value of the field.
