PT Gearindo Prakarsa is an established national private-owned Indonesian company operating primarily as an integrated EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) provider, especially for the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors.

With over thirty years of experience and supported by more than 500 personnel, the company offers a full spectrum of integrated technical capabilities.

Core specialties and services include:

Fabrication and Construction: Execution of complex fabrication and construction projects, including large-scale Steel Structures for boadlandings and towers, and specialized Pipe Works (flow lines for water, gas, and oil, LGP systems, and pipe spool fabrication). This is supported by two large fabrication yards located in Setu, Bekasi (>18,000 sqm) and Surabaya (>3,000 sqm).
Maintenance and Overhaul: Providing specialized services such as Machining (steel machining off pumps, compressors, and valves), Valves Reconditioning, and the Repair and Overhauling of compressors and pumps.
Onsite Support and Electrical Works: Performing Onsite Inspection with an emphasis on troubleshooting and correction, as well as Electrical/Instrumentation services including power supply systems, lighting, panels, and UPS installation.
Installation Team: Supplying certified and experienced technical manpower, including Engineers, Welding Inspectors, Welders (SMA W/GTA W), Riggers, Scaffolders, Painters, and Blasters.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Engineering design, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning.
Steel structure for building, tower , etc.
Pipe works: flow line (water, gas, oil), LGP system (complete with instrument accessories), pipe spool, plumbing (with hy drant), etc
Fabrication of applied-mold with different sizes, steel support, bracket, etc.
Machining: steel machining (off pump, compressor, valve), etc.
Onsite inspection of equipment and installation system with emphasis in troubleshooting and correction handling.
Valves reconditioning (different types and sizes).
Repair and overhauling of compressor, pump, etc.

Labor supply, with more than 10 years experience (Engineer, Welding Inspector, Welder SMA W/GTA W, Rigger, Scaffolders, Painter, Blaster, etc.).

Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

PT Gearindo Prakarsa has developed a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR Management which include employee data-base, employee administration, payroll processes, training and other HR activities.
The HRIS is designed to simplify and speed up all of the employee administration management process in a more integrated, automated, fast, easy and accurate manner.
Almost all aspects of employee administration management have been carried out via computer using PT Gearindo Prakarsa HRIS and can be accessed in the head office or other areas where Gearindo operates.
A complete and reliable employee system can simplify and speed up the processes of managing HR and providing data and information that can be accessed instantly and simultaneously by management and by those who are authorized.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

PT Gearindo Prakarsa has developed an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to integrate the business process activities – from receiving the order, quotation, supply chain management which include procurement, warehousing, fabrication and delivery, payment, cash requisition and handling, invoicing and it is linked to the HR System (HRIS).
By using the ERP Program, PT Gearindo has automated various processes and started paperless office. Many activities are already handled online – including approval processes.
The inventory processes which include Material Requisition, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Good receipt and inventory are already computerized using the ERP Program.
