In 2023, PT Gearindo started to manage and to handle a different business activities in addition to the regular activities. The new activities is handling TKJP (Tenaga Kerja Jasa Penunjang) which is managing and administering a number of employees who are assigned in Pertamina in various Regions.
The first two projects that PT Gearindo Prakarsa handled were TKJP for Pertamina Regional 1 Sumatra, Zona 1 – Jambi Field and Lirik Field to support various activities which include Operational Activities, Drilling Support, SCM, HSE, HR, Power Plant, Water Plant and General Maintence.
The contract for supporting Pertamina Jambi and Pertamina Lirik is for 24 months srating on the 1st of January 2023 until 31st of December 2025.
PT Gearindo Prakarsa assigned 157 employees to support Pertamina Jambi operational activities and 128 employees to be assigned to support Pertamina Lirik operations.
